
I've lost 15 pounds overall and am on track to lose more. I am in unbelievable better physical condition. Some of us "regulars" in the morning class started what we call the” morning mile” to our routine. We come in before class and run/walk a mile together! . A year ago, I couldn't run two blocks without painful shin splints.
